I’m not a plushie fan. I don’t own a single plushie, they just never appealed to me. But these weighted plushies caught my eye. I recently lost my dog I’ve had for 16 years and I missed a weight on my lap. I ordered the turtle and as soon as it was delivered and I felt the weight on my chest— I cried. The plushie itself is made of insanely soft fabric and the weighted beads are nice. I 100% recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality plush.

I got an otter for my partner for our Kickstarter reward, and she insisted that I add on a turtle for myself. I'm so glad I did. Both of them are absolutely wonderful, worth every penny. Amazing job, across the board.

I have gotten to use the turtle plush every day for the two weeks or so I've had it, and I want to give useful feedback. So far I have really enjoyed it! The turtle is a great design, colorful, and soft! The construction is sturdy and it seems like it should last a long time. I'm very pleased with that.

One thing I wanted to point out is where the fill is. The shell of the turtle is sectioned in half. The weighted fill is in the top part of the shell, while the pillow fill is on the bottom/body of the turtle shell. This ultimately makes the top of the shell sag and loses all the curvature of the fabric. More-so it becomes top heavy. In fact the turtle body is so round it rolls over easily. When the plushie is tossed, it naturally rolls onto its back, and I have to carefully position it if I want it to look natural.

I'm just saying, anatomically if this were a real animal, a turtle on it's back can be harmful or deadly! This could be traumatizing!

This isn't a problem with using the in bed. Under the arm, it rests on its back and I can hold it's waist, so the arms and head can stick out and wiggle around. For this aspect of the design it works great, so I'm not sure if this is intended design or if it would be better the other way.

I want to thank you for this project and thanks for the opportunity to try these items. My partner really enjoys the raven and says she gives it "10/10!" I will look forward to seeing what gets put out in the future. There are quite a few animals I had my eye on.

Excellent quality, Amazing feel, and just the right weight to remind you they are there. My daughters both absolutely love theirs and have already started sleeping a bit better with them. I got a Weighted Wildlife critter for 2 of my brothers (who are both disabled vets like me). Even grown men need a little cuddley critter sometimes. They speak highly of them too. Highly recommened!

The turtle design is so cute and the material is very soft. The only thing about this weighted plush that isn't perfect is the weight distribution. The weight beads are concentrated in the shell which makes it very floppy. I think extra light padding could have been added to stabilize it. Otherwise, it's a great product. I got it for my partner with anxiety because turtles are his favorite.
